JTK Power Vöyri
JTK Power’s Vöyri factory and headquarters are located approx. 35 km north of Vaasa. JTK Power acquired the factory in 2001, when the production of silencers and valve seat inserts – previously located in Vaasa – was transferred there.
Production in Vöyri
Today, JTK Power’s Vöyri factory primarily manufactures silencers and civil defense shelter products.
In addition, the Vöyri factory produces steel products from black steel as subcontracting work. The products include catalyst frames, piping, and valve seat rings. The size of welded products can reach up to 20,000 kg.
We manufacture products particularly for the marine industry, power plants, and the construction sector.
Our medium-heavy workshop is also well-suited for producing steel structures required in, for example, the mining and logistics industries.
Approximately xx% of JTK Power’s products are exported. Every week, the factory ships products to various parts of the world.
Factory, Machinery, and Personnel
The Vöyri site consists of nearly 8,000 m² of production space and approximately 1,000 m² of office space. Our equipment includes submerged arc welding (SAW) machines, a plasma cutting machine (plasma cutter), and modern welding equipment. The overhead crane capacity is up to 20,000 kg, enabling the safe handling of large and heavy structures.
The factory employs more than 70 people. Production employees include welders, machinists, and multi-skilled metalworking professionals. JTK Power places special emphasis on occupational safety and workplace comfort. The production facilities have been upgraded with improvements to both lighting and acoustics. The ventilation system is modern and was fully updated in XXXX. The office spaces were renovated in 2024, with expanded floor area and newly updated meeting rooms.
Energy-Efficient Metalworking
The factory has transitioned to LED lighting, and electric forklifts are used to reduce energy consumption and emissions. Monitoring and developing energy efficiency is part of everyday operations, and it is an important factor in new investment decisions.
JTK Power Vöyri Location and Logistics
JTK Power’s Vöyri factory is located approx. 35 km from the center of Vaasa. The nearest airport is in Vaasa, just 37 kilometers away. The Port of Vaasa is 38 km away. The site is easily accessible for heavy vehicles such as trucks, and the area has ample loading and unloading space. Logistics are supported with clear traffic routes and sufficient storage and loading areas, ensuring smooth deliveries.
JTK Power Isokyrö
Stainless Steel and Acid-Resistant Steel Products
JTK Power’s Isokyrö factory is located in Isokyrö, approx. 42 km from Vaasa. JTK Power acquired the factory in xxxx. The distance between the Vöyri and Isokyrö factories is 21 km.
Production in Isokyrö
JTK Power Isokyrö manufactures products from stainless and acid-resistant steel. The factory mainly produces JTK Power’s own air intake silencers, components related to catalytic converter manufacturing, and other subcontracted products.
Factory and Production Capacity
The factory covers nearly 2,000 m², and the overhead crane capacity is up to 4,000 kg. The factory is equipped with modern welding machines.
The factory employs 7 metalworking professionals.
JTK Power Isokyrö Location and Logistics
The Isokyrö factory is located near highway 18 and is easily accessible for heavy vehicles. Some of the products manufactured in Isokyrö are shipped directly to customers, while others are sent forward via the Vöyri factory.
