We offer acoustic and mechanical design services. We help and support you in your various acoustic projects and in solving your industrial noise problems. We have special know-how of various ducting systems and their acoustic and flow calculations.

We can measure all the silencer solutions in advance. We have developed our own system for factory tests which conforms to the relevant standards. By conducting factory tests, we ensure the product’s operating capability before it leaves the factory and shorten the commissioning time of the finished product. This also helps us to minimise risks at the product’s final destination.

JTK Power has more than 20 years of experience in acoustic and mechanical design. Additionally, we conduct active research on the latest materials and continuously develop new methods of noise attenuation and silencing.

Our acoustic measurement services cover, for example, the following:

1.  FAT (Factory Acceptance Test): FAT refers to testing the properties of a product in factory surroundings; in other words, testing its conformance in a factory. We always perform this test at the JTK Power premises according to the requirements of the EN ISO 11820 standard.
2.  SAT (Site Acceptance Test): SAT refers to verifying the properties of a product at its final destination. We perform this test according to the requirements of the EN ISO 6798 standard.
3.  Ambient noise measurements: We come to you to work out the noise levels and their sources. We also figure out what measures are required for the best possible results. After that we make you a proposal on the best silencer for your needs. If necessary, we can build a prototype of your silencer, which we can pre-test in the environment in which it will be used.
