Our silencers are always custom-designed for the engine in question. We will suggest either a standard silencer or an installation, whichever will best serve your needs. We use some of the largest and most reliable material suppliers in the market and we require them to provide us with material certificates and certificates of origin. At JTK Power, we have a quality-certified welding system and we have invested in the most modern equipment.
We ensure our products work as they should by conducting tests and measurements at the pilot stage. If needed, we also measure the products at the customer’s request. All our acoustic measurements are based on a programme we have designed specifically for this purpose. We perform, for example, NDT tests (non-destructive testing), leak tests and site (SAT) and factory acceptance (FAT) tests.
Our staff are always happy to help you solve your problem. We support our customers as much as we can in their decision making and tell them openly what is included in our offer. We have extensive experience of designing and manufacturing silencers, which gives us and our customers confidence in our work, as well as theirs.
At JTK Power, we also engage in active product development. We continuously develop our products and our design expertise. We operate according to ISO certificates and standards.
