On October 17th, JTK Power Suzhou Co. Ltd. hosted a celebration at its factory in China, where the company presented the 1000th catalytic converter frame manufactured in Suzhou to the customer. The event was witnessed by Ari Suominen (Director, Catalyst Systems Products) and Tho Phan (Sourcing Manager) from Wärtsilä Finland Oy among other esteemed guests.

The event was hosted by Handy Hu, Managing Director of JTK Power Suzhou Co. Ltd. Participants included Robert Ollus, CEO of JTK Power Group, Kennet Göransson, CFO of the Koncentra Group, and nearly the entire JTK Power Suzhou team.

A Significant Manufacturer in the Marine Industry

JTK Power Suzhou’s operations are centered around expertise, quality, delivery reliability, flexibility, and fast customer service. Its product portfolio includes JTK Power’s own silencers as well as demanding welded structures manufactured according to customer drawings – such as the catalyst frames produced for this delivery. This expertise is applied in diesel and gas engines used in the marine and power plant industries.

The Suzhou factory has shown strong and steady growth over the past decade. JTK Power Suzhou Co. Ltd. was established in 2012, and the first catalyst frame was delivered in 2015. A new factory building was commissioned in 2020, further increasing production capacity.

Across all its factories, JTK Power emphasizes quality and reliability of delivery. Production in Suzhou is carried out in accordance with international standards. Product development, design, testing, and measurements are performed in Finland.
