The Koncentra Board of Directors has approved an investment in JTK Power's third EPP (Engine Power Plants) production line. The new EPP3 production line will manufacture mainly large silencers and exhaust stacks for engine power plants.

Construction work will begin immediately, and production is expected to start in June 2027.

The investment responds to growing customer demand for balancing power, data centres and marine attenuation products/silencers. A strong order book and continued high demand give JTK Power confidence to invest in expanding its production capacity.

New EPP3 production hall to be completed in summer 2027

The new EPP3 production hall will be similar in design to the EPP2 hall, where construction began in spring 2026. EPP2 is now nearing completion, and production is expected to start by the end of 2026. The expansion for the third production line was already considered during the planning of EPP2.

Large doors, a streamlined production flow and sufficient crane capacity will facilitate the manufacturing and handling of large components.

Dimensions: Approximately 100 metres long, 16 metres wide and 8 metres high
Cranes: Two 20-tonne cranes and two 10-tonne cranes
Floor load capacity: Over 5,000 kg/m²
Equipment: Semi-automatic submerged arc welding equipment and a welding ventilation system with upward airflow
Staff facilities: Located in the EPP2 hall
Scheduled start of operations: June 2027
