We manufacture SCR units for diesel and gas engines for the marine industries and power plants. SCR units must be able to withstand the high temperatures of the exhaust system, as well as exhaust gas-induced vibration and corrosion. The units must be flexible in exactly the right places and have a sturdy structure that works well in extreme conditions.
JTK Power Group has extensive experience of handling weathering steel (COR-TEN). We design and implement all our structures according to general standards. If the structures are classified, we have them inspected by a classification society. We always test the products at the factory before sending them to the end customer. We manufacture the products according to the customer’s drawings and observe any non-disclosure agreements made. At the customer’s request, we can also design the product.
At JTK Power Group, our SCR units are made by welders, welding engineers and designers of the welded structure, who each have special know-how of demanding steel structures. In the best case scenario, we are involved in the project right from its design phase, because product development carried out together results in the best and most economical products in terms of working characteristics.
We manufacture SCR units for ducting that ranges between DN 500 mm – DN 2,000 mm in size.
