In November 2025, JTK Power transitioned to a new ERP system. The system was delivered by Monitor ERP. "Our goal with this project was to reduce manual work and improve process transparency."

This fall, JTK Power delivered the world’s first low-carbon engine silencer to Wärtsilä – a milestone that reflects JTK Power’s ambition to advance more sustainable marine operations and energy production.

On October 17th, JTK Power Suzhou Co. Ltd. hosted a celebration at its factory in China, where the company presented the 1000th catalytic converter frame manufactured in Suzhou to the customer.

Engineering company JTK Power, based in Vöyri, Finland, has manufactured the world’s first low-carbon engine silencer. Produced using SSAB Zero™ steel, the silencer has a carbon footprint nearly 50% smaller than that of a conventional silencer. According to the companies involved, the project represents a significant step toward developing a fully carbon-neutral silencer and advancing a more sustainable future for the maritime industry.
